The Maple Valley Farmers' Market would like to thank you for your interest in helping achieve a successful season. We are looking for some neighbors to sign-up to be market day volunteers for any Saturday during our market season. It's a very fun way to serve your community with a group of your friends!

Below are the volunteer opportunities. Please let us know how you'd like to help.

Set-up: If you are an early riser and like to get up, get moving and get out of the house, this is the spot for you. We need help with setting up canopies, tables, chairs, signage and other miscellaneous items. This opportunity will require lifting heavy objects. Great opportunity for parents and older children to volunteer together for a few hours a week. Set-up time is from 7:30 a.m. – 8:45 a.m.

Farmers’ Market Informational Booth: We are looking for sociable and friendly individuals who enjoy sharing information and answering questions with a smiling face and can-do attitude. You will be provided training, a Farmers’ Market apron with logo, and nametag.

Farmers’ Market Assistants: If you have a can-do attitude and enjoy helping out wherever you can, then this opportunity is for you! You will be assigned to work with the Farmers’ Market Manager and/or designee and when something needs done, you will assist in getting the task completed. You will be provided training, a Farmers’ Market apron with logo and nametag.

Take Down and Clean-up: We need help taking down canopies, and putting away tables, chairs, signage and other miscellaneous items. This opportunity will require lifting heavy objects. Great opportunity for parents and older children to volunteer together for a few hours a week. Take down and clean up is from 1:00 p.m. – 2:15 p.m.
